I would not recommend this school. We just removed my 4y.o. daughter from this school following an incident where she was threatened by her teacher as a form of discipline. Please see the following website to confirm this complaint was found valid by Fairfax County: http://www.dss.virginia.org
We found the school to be very unprofessional in the handling of this situation and it was not a safe place emotionally for our child. Please reconsider sending your child here.

The kindergarten class at GBS is an exceptional experience for children. The teacher has years of experience and a unique way of teaching both K and 1 grade curriculum in a fun way. The kids use music, cooking, field trips and art to learn the curriculum. Performances enable children early on to feel more comfortable in front of others. My son has grown so much this year and learned to be more confident, independent and interested in learning. We highly recommend Kindergarten at GBS.
